Our Workouts of the Day (WOD) change from one session to the next, keeping you constantly working different muscle groups for whole-body fitness. We keep you from getting bored. Hope H. Epton Coach
Hopes passion for fitness began at 17, when she joined the US Army and has continued throughout her life. She hasparticipatedin a variety of fitness activities from step aerobics, to triathlons and half marathons, as well as obstacle course racing and powerlifting. Hope graduated from Coastal Carolina University in May 2012 with a Bachelors in Exercise & Sport Science and a minor in Health Promotion. She also holds the ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C) certification since 2011 which allows her to personally train individuals who are healthy and those with chronic conditions. In November 2012, shortly after her daughters 2nd birthday, shehad gained weight, was battling depression and fighting her old demons of disordered eating – something had to change, for her and for her family. CrossFit was something she wanted to try, but couldn’t bring herself to spend the money. Her husband knew she wanted to try CrossFit, and signed her up. Walking in semi- terrified and completely unsure of herself, feelings many have when they begin, it changed her life. Finally, she could begin to see all the things she could do and stopped focusing on what she could not. After two years of doing CrossFit, she decided she wanted to expand her reach in helping others achieve their fitness goals, and became a Level 1 CrossFit Coach in 2013. She is also a Certified Running Coach with Road Runners Club of America (RCAA) since 2013. While her career is in Information Technology, her true passion is and always will be, health and fitness.
